Faha Games Studio Inc. is an independent game development studio incorporated in Ontario, Canada. Our registered office is located at 12710 Furnival Rd, Rodney, Ontario N0L 2C0, Canada.
We are the data controller responsible for any personal information processed in connection with our Services.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide directly
- Account information: If you create an account or sign in using a third-party authentication service, we receive your email address and a unique account identifier from that service.
- Mailing list subscription: If you sign up for our mailing list on our website, we collect your name and email address.
- Communications: If you contact us via email or other channels, we receive the contents of your messages.
- Optional player profile: Display name and avatar selections.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Device information: Device model, operating system version, language, region, screen resolution, and unique device identifiers.
- Game usage data: Sessions played, levels completed, in-game choices, virtual currency balance, items obtained, and progression milestones.
- Performance and crash data: Application performance metrics, error logs, and crash reports to help us identify and fix issues.
- Network information: IP address (used for general location and fraud prevention), connection type, and approximate region (country/state level).
2.3 Information from purchases
- Purchase records: When you make in-app purchases, we receive transaction confirmation from the app distribution platform. We do not receive your payment card information.
- Receipt validation: We validate purchase receipts with the app distribution platform to prevent fraud.
2.4 Information for advertising
- Advertising identifiers: With your permission (where required by law), we use platform-provided advertising identifiers to support rewarded video advertising in our games.
- Ad interaction data: Whether you watched an ad, completed it, and which rewards you received.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide our Services: Operating the games, syncing progress across devices, processing in-app purchases, granting earned rewards.
- To improve our Services: Understanding which features are used, identifying bugs, balancing game difficulty, A/B testing improvements.
- To prevent fraud and abuse: Detecting cheating, validating purchases, identifying duplicate accounts.
- To communicate with you: Sending service-related notifications, responding to support requests, sending mailing list updates if you subscribed.
- To comply with legal obligations: Tax compliance, regulatory compliance, responding to lawful requests.
- To support advertising: Showing rewarded video ads (if you choose to watch them) and measuring ad performance.
4. Information sharing and third parties
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with the following categories of third parties only as necessary to provide our Services:
4.1 Service providers

- AppLovin (MAX Mediation): Advertising mediation and rewarded video ads. AppLovin Privacy Policy.
- App distribution platforms: In-app purchase processing, app delivery, and platform-level account services are provided by the platform on which you install our games. Each platform has its own privacy policy applicable to those services.
4.2 Legal disclosures
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
4.3 Business transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or a prominent notice on our website if such a transfer occurs.
5. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our Services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy:
- Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 90 days of account deletion request.
- Game progress data: Retained while your account is active or for 24 months after your last session, whichever is longer.
- Purchase records: Retained for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes (as required by Canadian law).
- Crash and analytics data: Retained in aggregated form indefinitely; individual records retained for up to 14 months.
- Mailing list information: Retained until you unsubscribe.
6. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion: Request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.

- Withdrawal of consent: Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

6.1 Mailing list opt-out
You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by replying to any email we send with "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject line, or by emailing contact@fahagames.com.
6.2 Advertising opt-out
You can limit ad tracking by adjusting your device's privacy settings. Most mobile operating systems offer an option in their privacy or advertising settings to opt out of personalized advertising and limit ad tracking.
7. Children's privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under these ages. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the applicable age, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

8. Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encryption at rest for sensitive data, server-side validation of in-app purchases, and access controls limiting which of our personnel can access user data.
However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
9. International data transfers
We are based in Canada. The third-party service providers we use may store and process information in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. We rely on standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, or equivalent safeguards to ensure your information is protected when transferred internationally.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide additional notice through the Services or via email. Your continued use of the Services after changes are effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
